Hey guys, whats the best weapon for PVP / WOE gunslinger?

Ain't rifle a better dmg dealer skill wise

Sadly, I lack experience with the Gunslinger class, so I can't really give much advice here.  Though, I heard pistols & the Desperado skill work really well.  At least that's the build I see most Gunslingers using, or talking about.

Anyway, did some quick searching around the forums, and came up with these 2 threads.  Hopefully these will help you to decide on your build/weapon.

A +8-10 Double Bloody Western and a +9-10 Bloody Black Rose are the best things you can get. For bullets, I personally would go w/ Bloody Shells w/ converters. Rapid Shower ppl from afar, Desperado when they get close and use Full Buster as a finishing blow or on jobs which you think you're confident enough to kill in one hit. Always bring a Cranial Valk Shield/Guard.

I decided to go with a Revolver. So which is a good revolver. I'm currently on Garrison [1]. Shud I change it to a Garrison [2]?

And what cards should I put in? Hydra?

Western Outlaw is best revolver. Use hydra cards.

And btw...your list is not complete, and some weapons can be obtained via quests at GS build, for example Garisson [2]...

Western Outlaws are dropped by Ragged Zombies that lurk in Abbey 1 and 2. Don't bother slotting a Garrison, it was never that good anyway. Hydras are the best for PvP unless you're in a (S)HR server with mvp cards.

I'm currently on my own build which is high INT meant for spamming RS and Desperado's. My agi is kinda low.. around 40

You could also try some Battle Grounds or KVM Gear if your server has it.

You don't need agi for Western Outlaw anyways. A plussed Western is better than a Garrison since Western's a lvl 3 weapon. I swear I've posted something like this before...

black rose is basically NPC gear. Yes the quest is kinda annoying, but i personally know a GS with 1 AGI who has a +10 bloody black rose on a 5/5/3 server.  So i know it can't be that hard to get. And yes it really is painful, but the thing with GS is that you have to learn just when you need to pull out FB as it's after cast delay is just crazy.

and my friend also has a +8 western (uncarded yet) which he uses to rapid before doing FB. Not too hard getting westerns once necro parties start forming...

gattling is another case i guess, gotta ask another GS in the server where i play, he's good with gattlings...
but if you're thinking pvp, best would still be rapid with westerns than FB...

westerns are also good for desperado, but you're still better off with vit rather than agi for desp build. That's how my friend gathered all the stuff for the black roses he needed to make.

well...if you play a HR or SHR and it isnt hard to get to the point where u are only spamming crit attks a paper card is better than a hydra...

Desp Spam is still better than crit, crit ignores thana and SHRs are filled with DEF-Filled characters
