To anyone who made gunslingers over the past years, one thing I want to know is if anyone used any other gunslinger weapon types other than pistols because I feel that alot of the gunslinger abilities almost forces you to use pistols and such like flip the coin and anything associated with that skill.
Full buster builds / gatling builds.. they're not that uncommon.
I think gatling builds were once popular for leveling, and full buster + bragi for PvP.
I experimented with various gunslinger weapons while I was making gunslingers, and I also tried the gatling weapons as well as shotguns and launchers but I usually ended up using pistols the most and spamming desperado.
Also, from my own observation during the days I used to play on PK servers almost every gunslingers that ended up killing me were always using pistols.
Yep.. desperado and rapid shower are the better builds, hands down.. they also get massive support from last stance and madness canceller.
for some reason, full buster (which almost feels like a weaker soul breaker) just doesn't cut it, and nor do gatling builds.
gatling builds are not good, and i'm guessing shotgun builds aren't good either. The only reason I used shotguns once when I used a Gunslinger in a highrate server was because I maxed my agi to the highest it can possibly go. I think it was 200 agi and my attack speed broke the laws of physics.
Otherwise it was just as unsatisfying as the gatling
