Gladiator Kicking

Been playing on a 50x server for a bit. And decided to make a Gladiator. It seems a great amount of players is using them stricly for Kasa killing. As much fun that is I'd like to make a Kick based Gladiator ( TK ranking just sucks too much balls) Any idea's on weapons? Currently use a +8Bible[2], I've seen Giant Encyclopedia's at the vending grounds.. would that be a better choice? Like to use it for PvM, as I know Glads don't have much use other then Emp breaking.

And of course other information is welcome too statbuilds, tips etc
- "Normal" server rates
- A few customs I can't afford so let's leave those out
- Low amount of Mvp cards available

You could get the 3 slotted elemental books i think. The non-slotted versions are dropped by rideword and you can collect a lot and use the slot enchanter npc. I think a book[3]>bible if you put cards into it.
