Hey guys, I am trying to find some info about rebellion on the official servers. On the server I play on (TrueRO), Rebellion are capped at 190 aspd with the rest of the classes being able to get to 193. Is this a bug/unintended consequence of non-3rd classes being capped at 190, or are they really gimped like this on the officla servers as well? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
