Need Help On GRF editing

hi can anyone teach me on how to edit grf ? like i need to see some skills even on effect off like pneuma and see the chaos status on word. change colors of arrows, showing dispel word on dispelled target even on effect off. Im currently reading different tutorials but had a hard time finding what I wanted to do. Any form of help is appreciated, linking threads or personally teaching me.

Here are the list that I want to  edit,
during effect off I want to see
break or stripped equipment during effect off
tarot cards during  effect off
Dispelled text on dispelled targets during effect off
Confused text when the is the player is Chaos/confused, will be removed when the player is not confused anymore during effect off
Stone Cursed text on Stone Cursed player during effect off
Safety wall, Demonstration during effect off
Pneuma Countdown and minimal effect during effect off

P.S. I already know some like changing stun effect to the word stun, editing some skills image just by changing the bmp file. I basically don't know where are those files that I want to edit on the above statement and how to make them work on effect off.
If someone can show me the most basic of the basics will really be appreciated
