Hi guys! I want to remove/hide/disable the effect encircled in this picture. Where can I locate the file inside the grf? Thank you!

Hi, sorry I've been inactive for a while.

That circle is a side effect of minimizing SPP/heal/safety wall.

Editing/removing that will either a) remove SPP and safety wall completely or b) return them to their original state.
