Increase agi and blessing effect

Is there a way to remove the white lines of increase agi and blue sparks from blessing buff?

if you can only edit the grf...
effect/ac_center2.tga (it's used by dec agi/blitz beat/zerk pot/cart boost as well)
effect/alpha_down.tga (used by a lot of s***!)
