Are you sure your server required sdata.grf to play ? If it does the newer download links won't help since there is no sakray anymore and thus no sdata.grf. The new installers only have data.grf and rdata.grf ever since renewal. If you really do need sdata.grf you need to download an older version of RO.

You might want to ask in your server's forums whether you need it since most servers use the normal data.grf and rdata.grf.

You don't need sdata because it is the sakray data grf.  It's outdated.  If you are extracting the dll pack with your data.grf parts 1-7 (plus the bgm pack and the 2 patchers) and then get the stand alone rdata.grf, then the basic setup is taken care of.  

If you are playing private servers the other vdata.grf / pdata.grf might be provided by your private server's client so don't worry about that neither.

You don't need the rest.  You should have read instruction on the download page?
