Dispel Effect as shown in video

I doubt that the skill effect of "lock on" from dispell is from RCX, never seen something like that using it.

What skriker said was that you just need to edit that file to change it.

That guy obviously is playing with effect off, dispel effects normally doesnt show if you are under effect off, hence my RCX conclusion.

You know that you can edit effects to display nothing, right? No need for effects off ever [unless you use a no texture grf] even if there is always the "some skills use some different effects displayed with effects off" too.

I'm betting more on the edited effect because someone asked me about a similar thing on a PM [the effect was even similar and was about Dispell too] and we ended finding that it was an edited effect from an edited grf.

We didn't get access to the grf, just found out a post and a video related to it explaining it and had some screenshots. The way it works is pretty much similar even if the animations are different - easy to notice that there is a dispell on going thanks to the animation.

Ok, let me be more clear about what I meant.
The dispel effect is a grf edit, but the method to only show dispel and tarot is a 3pp.

does anyone of you have a 3pp of dispel effect when using effect off??? coz mine is grf file and everytime i use effect off the dispel image wont show up.. and when i use effect on the dispel will show but the Land Pro Effect and Energy Coat effect makes my screen laggy..  so if anny of you that has a good heart to share some 3pp of this dispel effect plsss share it here or PM me thanks..
