Dispel Effect as shown in video

3pp = 3rd party program afaik. Unless he reveals which one he's using, all you can do is guess like using rcx to display animations on used skills.

does anyone of you have a 3pp of dispel effect when using effect off??? coz mine is grf file and everytime i use effect off the dispel image wont show up.. and when i use effect on the dispel will show but the Land Pro Effect and Energy Coat effect makes my screen laggy..  so if anny of you that has a good heart to share some 3pp of this dispel effect plsss share it here or PM me thanks..
