is there anyway to edit the files so that I could listen to my fave song while in prontera instead of listening to prontera's theme song?

Yep. You can add whatever song you want for whatever area into your folder. Just make sure the file name is converted to a number(08.mp3 would be Prontera, I believe).

Also, check your mp3nametable.txt in your GRF. You can alter that to your liking as well, I have multiple WoE BGMs and static field BGMs(by region instead of by map) with it.

awww I tried it and it isnt working. what I did was I changed the songs name to 08 and placed over prontera but when i logged on prontera didnt have any sounds.

is it just the name I have to chnage or are there some more?

plus I dont know how to alter grf files.

Get GRF Tools.

Also, the music has to fall within a certain bitrate or else RO won't play it. It's fussy like that.

Edit/make a mp3nametable.txt and put it into your <Ragnarok>/data/ folder.
Make sure your BGMs are in the <Ragnarok>/BGM/ folder or <Ragnarok>/data/BGM/ folder. (Forgot which)
Also, the BGMs should be in .mp3 format.

It's wherever you installed your RO, then /BGM.

C:/Program Files/Gravity/Ragnarok Online/BGM for example. BGM never goes in the data folder.

If your BGMs are still not working try downloading this attached file here and extract to your RO Folder (But check first if you don't have one like it).

I always change my login bgm to the beatmania 12th style happy sky Title Screen song.

Makes it more fun, atleast I think so, and besides when you play a server for the first time the bgm is set to on.

Not to my knowledge. Whatever you edit them to be in mp3nametable.txt is wherever they will play.

You CAN set the same BGM for multiple areas, however. Plus, you can have multiple WoE music, I have four seperate WoE songs(one for each region).
