Guide for 0delay edited sprites in data.grf

Hi, is there anyone who can help me edit my data.grf file, i want my skills 0delay and no error's, i dont know how to use Gryff and how to put the edited ones inside it. i have edited sprited but i dont know how to put it, a friend sends the files, but he forgot how to put it, and he's files has an errors.

or send me a edited sprites for all jobs, thanks
and please teach me how to put them, with no errors.
