Blacksmith forging?

I've searched online and I never found out how to make elemental weapons? I wanted to make a set of daggers for my sin with all elements but I can't find anything. Please help?

basically, when you forge you can put it Flame Heart, Mystic Frozen, Rough Wind and Great Nature for elements and star crumbs for 'very strong'
