[Renewal] Mechanic Refining
« on: Apr 20, 2018, 02:30 am »
As a WS, Job lvl 70 is the perfect one for the increase success of the refine skill.
but if you change to a Mechanic, the Max job lvl would be 50/60, which is lower.

As a forger, would you prefer the WS or the Mechanic?
or would the mechanic job level be irrelevant since you were a WS job 70?

Thanks in Advance~

As far as I know 70 job WS is better than 50/60 job Mechanic for refining
And iro wiki sort of supports it... but it IS iro wiki.

Now, for forging. Mechanic would be better since 62 more possible stats instead of less 10-20 job levels. (Even though I have no idea why anyone would bother with it on renewal)

How does irowiki support this?

It is said that a 99/70 Mastersmith has better rates than a 175/50 Mechanic, where others say the game remembers your Mastersmith job level after you change to Mechanic for the sake of the skill. None of this is known for sure.

So for refining, WS is the safest bet but for mechanic its a baseless(?) speculation...

but for forging , better stats = better forge..

i think i got it..
Thanks Again~

Thanks for helping out regarding the topic at hand, we could go on and argue about semantics but i'd rather not.
Google what "sort of" means and reach a conclusion on your own.
