Isn't that the point of this forum, to house topics like this? Or I'm I interpreting what the "Hall of Shame" is in a wrong way? You used it your self too as Green pointed out. So if I, her and other users are wrong for posting in here, please enlighten us with your definition.

Win win. The trophy they deserve is to be stuck in the hall of shame. No I'm not trying to start a flame but... Owners of a server who are proud of their own work would report issues of stolen content and what not. There's nothing wrong with us to express our concern.

Do this http://kippyro.com/cp/themes/kippyro/ ---> Add a index.php to every folder and in themes folder. That way they cannot view your folders or just restrict it VIA CP on Webhosting

Still they can just do File > Save in all current browsers, they will get the whole layout, you just can't protect it.
Hope that they are unskilled in HTML, put a line as an HTML comment in it stating a copyright or something
and bring it up.
There is no way to protect your HTML and images to be stolen completely.

Such servers will never break any 100+ user-line anyways, they'll have corrupt GMs in a few days,
wiping their server a few times then, losing all player until they finally figure out that they are unable
to keep up a good server because they are just too straight dumb to and they bring it down.

At Green, it was I who made ShadowSappy write something about that server who copied our website which... was kind of funny how their designer didn't take off Starlite RO XD (ShadowSappy already left my server by that time; he was just helping out my server ^^'''). So it's not of his own will to start that thread.

I think it's good to let people know things like these even if they are repetitious and such. I don't like false claims like "I made this completely" and such. Best to know things like these before-hand before spreading some rumors which are thought to be true ("He/She totally made this by him/herself. Wow..." and etc).

I was able to finally get in contact with seanRO's admin. He claims his webdev stole the website and he didn't know anything about it (:\ Yeah okay)

He said he will ask his webdev to change it... Let's see who he steals from this time thats if he changes it

I'm glad I found this thread. Rey-Charles is currently on my Windows Live Messenger because someone referred him to me about making RO private server websites. Only he's using a different domain name than the one in question here. (seanro.com) It is different from the .tk one but I'd say that if anything else is copied from another source, report him to Frantech? His VPS is through them.

He can forget about me making his new website layout though. These kind of activities tick me off.
