Okay first everyone look at this (my server's site):

MY SITE DESIGN HAS BEEN STOLEN :\ Wasn't even stolen very well either. Look at their source code compared to mine, its an OBVIOUS site rip.
The Evidence:
- The last modified date on my site is older than theirs.
- Their source code is horribly generated from some ripping program compared my hand-coded source.
- Their site was only just registered on 2010-04-27, mine's been registered since 2005-07-13.
- I have all the photoshop files for the website design, they don't.
- All the links on my website work, unlike their site where 90% of links are broken.
- The server's admin has IP banned people posting about the stolen design on his forums.
- The server's admin has edited posts of people posting about the stolen design on his forums.
- Compare the 'modified' dates of the image's "image info" with firefox on the site designs:

Even after showing screenshots for proofs, giving links, and such? What a bad host lol. If the host won't help, the only thing you can really do is PM the Admin/"Designer" about this. Many other servers have stolen the same website designs, but sometimes, nothing could be resolved unless they remove the website design themselves. Sometimes, they'll just ignore the PMs/threads about them stealing website designs.

Lol, wow, Descent XD. Just read the post... the staff members are horrible. They don't just delete the posts--they edit them?!?!? What cowards. That just means THEY KNOW they took it without permission but don't care about the consequences. I want to join in on the posting.
If they used any scripts of your's, redirect their website to your website :D
They pretty much saved everything and edited and re-uploaded it on their own host so theres no really any way to effect them that way.
I've contacted their host again, this time in German language. Hopefully they reply :\

KazeRO's owner even went so far as to ban my IP Address from accessing their site.
Wow....
When I emailed aerogaming's host, they called me 1 minute later, and then i explained to them what happened, and then BAM their website was down.
Try calling them? @_@

I just went to check and see if the fourms got attention from it. A Sin-X player asked that the healer also buff, lol@failplayer) and there's nothing the host will do.

It's just that their host wouldn't bother to deal with this situation ><. They should realize that they are "truly" hosting and that obviously with all those broken links every other page, that website was not created by them. If you click on links on the main pages, they lead to nowhere.

There is no way to find out which one is the copy of the other.

Anyone with half a brain can see theirs is the copy/rip-off.
You can also see how more than 30-50 pages are broken links compared to the original server's website. Not even their front page links all work. Same with the footers as discussed before. Even their staff page is missing and also the sitemap which their missing pages say "We apologize for the inconvenience. If you were not able to find the page you are seeking, please utilize our sitemap." Their sitemap page is a broken link compared to RagnarokRevolution's.
Wow, they are getting quite some players already. I say, it's the effect of the website they took. I can't see how their community is that friendly (players' reviews) if the Admins edit what their players type.
Tell the police. Walk up to one of them and say "THESE PEOPLE STOLE MY WEBSITE DESIGN! LAWSUIT PLEASE!!". It's gonna work.

The host is german... that about explains everything and you won't get anything done.
Allow me to clarify (as currently I live in Germany):
- Germany is the land of the "im ordnung", that means that everything has to be done in accordance to set in stone methods and a certain order or it doesn't get done at all.
- Unless the law and very heavy proof of theft is mixed in this, they won't do anything because it's not "im ordnung". Sending them mails and screen shots is not substantial evidence of theft.
- Someone said to sue the people that stole the website. The website is located in Europe so it's protected by German/European laws. Sorry to burst your bubble but in Europe, you can't sue people for farting your way like you can do in the US.
In other words, you have very little chance to get the site taken down due to the difference in laws and methods of operating, sorry.
Still, good luck an I hope you manage to get it done.
Stuff like this drives me wiled, sadly there is probably nothing you can do about it.
Try contacting the Admin, see what he or she says.

I've resorted to my option:
I told the server owner I'd make him a site template if he stops using mine. If he continues to use my design I'll be sending a DMCA to Google to have his site removed from their search engines (Yes, You can do that).
I might be a bit late to the party but I went on there and say "Kis-myass-uka" or something and saw that all the posts have obviously been edited. He even edited your avatar to say "Kisuka is a fag". Place is hilarious, does he have some kind of personal vendetta against you?

I support it. KazeRO staff isn't that good as well since they edit players' posts and make fun of them... by editing avatars as well. That's enough proof for the server and the staff to be listed there (mainly website stealing to this extent... and to ignore and cast the original marker's comments away. They went so low just to ban IP and edit comments).
