i haven't seen the aerogaming site with the features Luna said was taken from her site, but i do find it suspicious that the server is extremely bland... this is what i mean:

in the picture, my cursor was in the 3rd "_" ... i cant make the cursor appear in the pic... sorry, but check the lower left hand of the window

why do i find it suspicious? I find that a website wouldn't be "put up" if it was THAT empty. No design whatsoever, and the buttons are hard to find... unless somehow the "source" of the pics and the like were hastily removed, or "wrong linked" (hey i made some HTML based websites in high school, so i have some idea how websites works). Also, would someone really put up a site that doesn't have images but has a BGM (Prontera BGM)? a bit weird right?

I also spoke with the admin and server owner today, and he told me to "be considerate" and that he had paid Adam the "WEB DESIGNER WINKWINKNUDGENUDGE" $60 to put up that webpage!

We also have tons of screenies of their flubups, like leaving charmro in the source code and the rules and whatnot. =D
The suggestion to redirect the website (well, to mess with the script) was awesome, looks like Adam has found a way to steal WITHOUT hotlinking now! Yay!

I didn't mean to copy Charm-RO's website. Adam had offer me aeRO's template and I pay 60$.

I tried to contact Luna and send him a multiple message in my forum add me on my YM or MSN instead of posting her/his problem in forum which is about Charm-RO and its aeRO Forum rules that advertising RO isn't allowed. I don't get any invitation in my YM nor reply on my forum. He/She isn't IP banned in my forum we just had a webhost DNS problem connection cause him/her can't connect to aeRO Gaming site. However, I still tried to search how I can contact Charm-RO's staff and talk about the problem since Luna is like ignoring me and suddenly I found Lex staff of Charm-RO. I apologize and had discuss about the problem, I ask him to wait, and obviously I have to talk to Adam too but he was still offline till now. Unfortunately, they can't wait and trying to ruin my server via redirecting my site to their site. What I meant is we can talk about this in a right way but you start the mess with me.

Think in my situation too your not the only one who pay.

And Just because you paid some fradulent 14 year old for a stolen website does not make it your property.
I suggest you remove it, as we discussed, instead of getting him to fix it again so that you can have your stolen layout.

AND it has nothing to do with the CODING we paid for, you stole MY artwork that I spent MY time making.

You stole their layout, you should have known what you were buying.  If you steal, they fight back.  If you can't bother to check the codding on the site and see the actual "CharmRO" words written there..then it's your fault.

haha yea I see both websites and I do think its pretty much the same as Charm's... except for the annoying BGM that probably can't be turned off (note: not pointing at aeRO Gaming... I really just find the BGM from RO to be annoying most of the time... and I don't really remember the last time I had the BGM of the game on because it was THAT long already)

But then why did (according to Luna) you (or someone from your staff) delete teh post in your forums regarding this? and Luna did say she was going offline / working so i'm surprised if she hasn't personally replied yet

also, your comment about "trying to ruin our (your) server" sounds a bit obnoxious and uncalled for. It's clear that your site and their site are almost exactly the same, no questions about that. Of course they'd get pissed off. And if Luna was telling the truth about you (or your staff) not replying and even deleting her posts, then her reaction is quite understandable, in my opinion. The way I see it, it's more: "Hey, this happened to us!!!" more than "I don't like aeRO gaming, so Imma do this..."
