Most of you tried this quest but failed due to the insane Bug(not the thief bugs) which stops the NPCs from appearing.
Here is a quick guide on how to bypass/solve this.
Quote15. Reenter the building and kill all of the Thief Bugs, after which the others reappear.
after you killed all the thief bugs you should wait where the "Research official npc" is.
now you can go to step 16 and claim your food

He is. I found that too long time ago[maybe 1year+] but I though that rAthena fixed that eAthena bug.
I though I had read that they had that fixed sometime ago. Better tell them to fix it but is good to people know it I guess
