so, is there any way high priest having running/high jump/back slide via legal way?

ummm the ifrit ring the.... the ring of minor spirits i think =3

Ring of minor spirits does have autocast of some skills like sense, high jump etc...

Yes RoMS does indeed autocast those skills, even though it isn't on the description.
