I have 2 questions:

1) Does status resistance from cards/equipments (such as stalactic golem card) modify Chance or BaseChance?

2) Can a stunned character get stunned again and cause the timer to reset?

1) Status resistance is applied to chance (after reduction from stats).

2) No. If you have a body status change you are immune to all body status changes. A stunned character can neither be stunned, nor frozen, nor stoned.
