All you need are the Cooking kits and the Cooking books. Then you just read the description for the ingredient (you can find the description by searching up "cooking book" on RMS.

man.. there are some books, ingredients taht can not be droped.. and i think we need a kind of hat to be able to cook... so.. thats the question.. how to get the itens that we can not drop of the monsters!

and are u sure there-'s no kest to cook? we just need the book?

i think i read the script ... there is a quest you have to do in the kitchen of prontera castle to start the cooking.  The chef also have books u can borrow.
