Run->"C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\data\"
         If that is not a valid directory, remove the "\data\" part and make a new folder called "data". Then open the folder.

Right-Click->New->Text Document

Name it "manner.txt", or if you don't see extensions [.txt] just label it "manner"

Open

Copy the text below and paste it into the document.

Once you paste that into the document, hit {Ctrl}+{S}

Restart your client.

**Note: Any text can be used instead of that, just make sure it is scrambled text so that it doesn't block out any messages.

Doesn't work for servers who have clients which choose not to read the Data folder.

Er..Another method of removing this chat filter is to open the servers .grf file, locate manner.txt and erase all contents inside that document.  Then save and restart the client.  Should work perfectly then.

Clientside diffing/hexing

No, that's server sided.

Not always

It could be serverside, but there are also ways to verify the client hasn't been tinkered with.
Servers only accept certain clients, and if you use the wrong client, then it won't connect.
If the server has checksum validation for the clients, then you cannot connect if you modify their client or use a client other than their supported client.

With an INI file, if the client reads the data folder, then simply adding the manner.txt file with the prestated text, it'd me much easier and faster. No third party tools are needed for this process. However, if the server has checksum validation for the grf files, then it won't work your way either.
