help with magic resistance

as the subjects says need some help with magic resistance

this is the server that i'm playing on,Server Rates = 8000x / 8000x / 3000x - Max Lvl 500/120

im a level 500 ninja build 400 int, 500 vit, 260 dex, i fought another ninja and none of my magic skills like lightning spear of ice was hitting him actually all of my skills except for final strike caused any damage, is it possible to have 100% magic resistance to Water,Fire and Lightning? if so, are there any equips or cards that i can use? i managed to build up to 80% resistance so i'm 20% short

the dude claims he doesn't have GTB lol, but thanks i was thinking about that too haha

Maybe he has 100 hard MDef? I know it's possible to go somewhere near 80-90 on officials, so...

Anyway, just ask him?
