as the title said ..how can i resist lord of vermillion .. ? like storm gust i just need 100% water but how with lord of vermillion ?

Well LoV is wind property it is weak against earth property.  In the same way, being wind property helps like how you do with water vs storm gust.

There is only a limited number of items that give resistance to wind elements. Most Wind resistance come from cards.

Giant Hornet Card - 10% resistance to Wind property
Dustiness Card - 30% resistance to Wind property
Nydhorgg's Shadow Garb - 7% to all
Thunderproof Potion - 20% resistance to Wind property

So you can't totally resist LoV, depending on your server though. Best bet would be GTB? Or 100MDEF

If they're available, grab a pair of Glorious Rings for reduction against all four primary elements.
