Those are Woe Castles. I'm assuming you want to fight the monsters that are listed as being inside them. Those don't appear unless a guild abbandon's thier respective castle(wich neerly never happens) Though if you ARE just looking how to get to the castles for WoE, just say so and I'll walk you through it.

You need to be in the guild who owns the castle, and only the guild leader can access the treasures in there, once a day. You can't just walk in and get the treasure chests.
