Sacrifice and Blade Stop

So a pally has 5 hits before sacrifice is used up and blade stop counters 1 attack from a player.

Will blade stop remove 1 charge from sacrifice?
If so, will 5 blade stops counter sacrifice completely?

I am asking this because in my server a pally has an LK Card, so he just activates sacri and zerk for insane amounts of damage.

But it depresses me that you already named the solution to encounter him.
Just bladestop him and wait till his hp are low enough for a 1 shot. If other players hitting you while this process you arent able to kill him except your gear would be good enough for a 1 shot even in berserk state.
