In PLAYER VERSUS MONSTER(PvM) Raydic all the way
But in Player versus player(PvP) people use elements, making a Noxious better.

Well, with the recent nerf, I'd prefer Raydric. Magic no longer counts as ranged even with the distance thingy so nox only reduces arrows, etc.

About the deviling talk... Ever heard of switching gear? It's more than perfect for tanking asuras.

Damn...I remember when magic used to be a ranged attack T-T
But I still use a Noxious, because there are too many damn snipers in WoE...

it depends on who you generally face/your class

And yes, a Deviling card is good, but using it at the wrong time is death.
A BB lk switching Wool scarfs is trouble
