[Non-Renewal] Two RO questions from newbie

Having not played RO much during its prime years, there are things that I never had a chance to learn.

1. How do you hide dodge AS under Ruwach? Especially those AS that are 140+ dex?

2. If someone position lag him/herself, how do I locate him/her quickly?

1. You can not (technicaly you can but its just luck than intention, because cast time is about 0.1s and brain reaction time is something like double this time), but if you have more aspd than champion you can spam hiding and he will be in hit lock from ruwach's damage (if he is using ruwach, does not work for sight)

2. @refresh or assume (add few cells to the direction the player was moving to)

1. Spam it, get lucky. Sight and Ruwach have a 40ms update timer. So between ping and the short cast time, you have a very short window of opportunity... but it doesn't hurt to try. I've hid 148 Dex Asuras from cloak before and have siege videos where I've hid perfectly under Ruwach to dodge Asura. So it's definitely possible.

2. @refresh or trying to auto attacking them will update their location client side.

It's possible to dodge any type of Asura but the ones 149/150 dex need the factor luck and be really used to it [150 is really "pray to to the lord mode on", if you can pull it, nice, if not, no worries, nothing that you can do against it anyway].

The trick is to not move and just hide at the time frame really close to when the hit animation starts. Try it with a friend and I'm sure you will be able to pull it off soon or later.

Hide at the time frame really close to when the hit animation starts? When is that exactly? Sorry, I don't understand completely. Do you hide when the champ is still casting or when the cast bar just finish? At 145~dex, it's really fast for me to see though... For anything under 145 dex AS, I usually click one cell beside me and hide, but I have no idea how to hide dodge ruwach AS without moving.

I also just realized today that 189 ASPD attack can't even interrupt 148 Asura.
