Is this a real mob?

Just wondering, I found this screenshot in an old iRO Wiki topic for an update that was supposed to happen in 2012.  But I have never seen or heard of this mob.

Any ideas?

I think it was Poring King, a special mob for some event at kRO[anniversary I think].

Yea it's King Poring.  I want to know it was out exactly too, thought it's there to stay like the pori-pori.  Don't know why rA/eA didn't include it, without stats I can't include it the RMS db lol.

I was somewhat off - But both porings (RO1 and RO 2) have crowns and mustaches. They are pretty big looking as well. Close enough lol!
(I don't play RO 2 sadly.)

Actually, it seems to be only on the Philippine RO server.

I finally managed to get the sprites of it, but it's a real hassle.  You can't download the game client unless you're connected with a Philippine IP address.
