iRO to open new Pre-Renewal server

I am playing with my boyfriend :3 This is so much fun, I tell you. 
Everyone who hasn't tried just has to :x Good ol' RO.

I screenshotted the minute it opened.. my entire screen was full of novices
And a LOT of partying going on so if anyone has no one to play with. Do NOT worry. You stumble across enough people wanting to party up.
Lots of Acolytes starting as well (They are finally useful again <3 *glares at Renewal*)

I moved to iRO when Valk opened several years ago and had a blast.  If more people would suck up the 1x rates you'd have a blast.

This new server has me completely pumped up as I came back to it with my old guild from valk.  30+ People in vent at peak hours and massive parties.  Its been great so far the rates are 1.5x which to everyone leveling on Pservers seems like nothing but its quite the nice boost.  They've controlled bots to some extent there are still some but the massive bot farms I have not seen.  WoE is about 30 days down the line and new content is coming in about two weeks.  I think if more people committed to trying the server for over a week you'd see its really not so bad.

Great server so far, got 2 out of 5 of my bots banned only, in bylan and evil druids . Not surprised there's a bunch of other botters there as well.

Andres were the smoothest, got a couple cards and some vitatas. Probably gonna stick it at that, no sense farming for higher rares since I don't wanna lose level 50+ characters.

I would try it out depending on how fast it is to level... I almost always played HRs and mainly SHRs XD. I don't know the balance and "skills" required for lower rate servers.

Ah so they ban bot and don't ban IP?  I might want to look that way lol ...

They never banned IP's, that's just turning down business. Plus later on if you are a cash item buyer they'll only suspend accounts if you bot. That's how it was on their other servers at least.

I liked Classic iRO game. This is what i notice:

- The server starts with Episode 5 monsters spawn, and will be forwarding until Episode 10.2.
- Double login is disabled (but one always find the way to do it xD).
- Actually the rates is 2/2 (maybe for an especial event).
- The best equips is rental equip by now.
- Morroc is not destroyed.
- The event chain will be like this: 1. Server gets several 99 players; 2. They activate woe FE; 3. They activate trans quest; 4. They activate expanded classes; 5. They activate woe second edition.
- Battlegrounds will be activated after woe.
- TK Class will be unabled at first, because its unbalanced leeching hability.

It is a good pre renewal server, but it is still custom betwen official servers. For those who might try it, my be glad to use this database: http://databaseot.freehostia.com/eng/

I recommend this leveling spots:

Mandragoras near Prontera; Mukas near Morroc (moc_fild06 i guess); Geographer and Goats down Yuno. Right now i have a Magician lvl 50 and an Acolyte lvl 40.

I cant wait to have a Priest there 

iRO Classic will be usefull to private servers community, since will be an official source to demostrate several pre renewal bugs, like Bragy Strings or Obstacles between caster and target.

Double rates isn't for Classic. Classic is 1.5/1.5/1.5 til they can figure out how to implement VIP status.

And dual-clienting was supposed to be enabled :v silly Gravity, forgots to do it maybe.

i read you need magic stone to change to 2nd ... so if i want to be wiz i need to pay? :/ maybe these things are tradeable and someone vends them

According to them they're and they've also some ways to give them "free" like doing surveys and watch videos that give you WP points to buy them.

You can, but the non sketchy ones that do not require email and other info don't give that much. Most of the ones that give you decent points require you to give a phone number email and other info you really shouldn't be giving out to begin with. Also your inbox will be spammed so if you don't mind your info being out there and your email spammed to hell then go for it.

Sign with fake e-mail and information pain in the donkey, but who cares if an e-mail created for spambots like that gets spammed in the first place.
