How do you defined rates now ? since renewal has pretty much changed its mech

the way i see it , its really easy to level up all the way to trans in renewal even if its low rate

For the purpose of this site and forum, it is the same.  1x-25x is low rate.  While you think it is fast there are ppl that used to higher rates think it is slow.  Slow or fast is relative to the person playing, can't define the same for everybody.  Our ranges are just there for reference.

Even if it's easier/faster it's still the same imo. The concept didn't changed, what changed was the core[the game] to something that plays with higher values.
