Hide Dodge RPE/WPE

Is this still a thing? saw someone do it 100% through ruwach over 40 times lmao. wpe?rpe? or something else?

Ruwach has 2 cell range, Asura Strike has 3 cell range. It's quite easy to hide dodge Ruwach + Asura because all you need to do is walk out of Ruwach range before you hide. Sight has 3 cell range so I'd be more suspicious if someone was dodging Sight + Asura without fail.
