When did the guild skill come into RO as in which episode?

I'm currently on a pretrans server and I just can't get the skill. Maybe I'm missing something but there are alot of other skills missing.
I think most of the basic skills came along with the WoE patch in episode 4. I can't say for sure because some were added in episode 8 and if your server is using an eA emulator prior to 2005 then some of the guild skills were broken.
