Does Hydra Card effect final strike in pvp?

I believe it's just based on your max HP, I don't think cards have anything to do with it.  I may be wrong though.

It's your STR, Current(notmax)HP and Racial/Size cards.
Weapon refine does not contribute to the damage

so yes, hydras work
