I like Ktullanux, because he is mighty. It allways knows when cast waterball, dispell, sg, etc. Its clever and that is why I like it.

Garm. He looks powerful and cool at the same time, his babies are cute, and his card is awesome for PvM.
Oh, and he's easier to kill than most mini bosses IMO. (Yes, even deviling x))

Thanatos. He is badass with his eight forms (His Despair, Agony, Sorrow, and Hatred as his bad side while he has his Lady Solace, Baroness of Retribution, Dame of Sentinel, and Mistress of Shelter as his good side) when combined forms his memory that guards Midgard until the return of Morroc (until the player destroyed his seal that binds his memory from the dead) and the favorite fights I want to see animated is his fight with Satan Morroc in both manhwa and ingame.

I don't care how hard he is, or how annoying he can be to fight, he is my absolute favorite. It's an MVP that require a lot of people to fight and everyone having a certain job that they have to do instead of just going in and bashing its head in. It requires a little more skill that most mvp's to kill. Just a little XD imo.

Thanatos also, he look awesome. But it is long to reach him. Mostly when so many people try to get him. My othe rfavorite one is Incantation Samurai. Little kid owning with a big 9999 dmg skill it is like WHAT THE HECK!

Omg you truly are :p I finally found the thing the other day and she just tp-ed before I had the chance to DS her even once. Needless to say, I gave up. Sticking to Eddga, Stormy, Gopinich and Phree for now haha.

I need variant shoes. Too bad you can't solo beelz on a lowish midrate 99/70. Come to think of it Valkyrie (the mini boss or the boss) is nice enough as she gives good items. I'd rather buy the stuff than drop it though.

Golden Theif Bug because the idea of something as disgusting as roach being made out of gold, has a fun ironic twist to it. Also it has a nice card, to use against my second favorite MVP High Wizard Kathryne!

My favorite is Amon Ra, simply because of the story his sprite tells. A slave overthrowing the king, wrapping him on the back of his throne and taking his place while still in his shackles. That may not be what happened, but I am perfectly content in believing my possible lie. <3~

Lord Knight Seyren, period. I've never been in a party that has killed him (nor have I been in any Bio 3 parties so far - but I know he's been killed). He scares the living daylight out of me, but he's awesome at the same time.

Imo nowadays a lot of regular mobs (think manuk field/splendide field people) are scarier than Lk seyren esp the higher levels when you have like 10 larvas on you all the time. Now most bio 3 mobs can be soloed by some classes whereas the only viable class for new world is sniper (sage is fine and so is champ but sniper is more convenient and can kill everything there)

True, snipers are pretty much the only class that can solo New World efficiently, but at least so far I haven't heard of anyone in our server, who has soloed Bio 3 MVPs. Everytime I've seen people run there, there is a party of some sort consisting of at least 5-6 people. o-o

I always wonder how people drop bradium rings. Sure, I managed to drop one once with my Sniper, but you need to be FRICKIN lucky when you TP. I know that bio 3 is also very mobby but at least you don't get OS-ed all the time. The dolomedes field is just horrendous, I don't know how some people can farm there. I did it a few times because I had to but it's an utter nightmare. Maybe a champ could do it but he'd need to cast extra fast because basically once you're on the map you're dead within seconds unless you miraculously TP next to a single mob (which almost never happens).
I leveled up quite a lot in New World fields (all of them + nid) as a Sniper and usually I was the only crazy person on the map. Most people go to bio 3 even if we don't have a warper because it's easier I guess (most classes can kill stuff there).
As for bio 3 MVPs, it's another story. I know that one of the guilds on our serv specializes in killing them but I haven't been to bio for ages. The only mobs that interest me there are the removers because well, when you make an acolyte you don't really have a choice.


Anyway, I don't understand why the New World mobs aren't at least boss protocol monsters or mini bosses, given that quite a lot of bosses don't hit as hard as them (eddga, garm, gopinich unless you get too close to him, phreeoni, orc lord (same deal don't get too close), and the list goes on and on). I mean, kasa is a mini-boss so I really really don't understand. At least I could use AK cards on them, which would make things a little bit easier.

Oh well, RO isn't very logical.

^ All of new world up to nidhoggr's nest was introduced shortly before renewal on most (if not all) official servers, and the monster's stats were changed when renewal came.

I like Drake because of his waterball that kills you even with water armor on that's so trollworthy

Then there's White Lady because you can tame her with hocus-pocus/abrakadabra

Then there's Beezlebub because no magicians in the party except me used ghost element and they were all complaining about how low their damage was, lol.

I heard that you need IP to kill beelz properly, then you can do 21K a cart termo (42K if lexed, more if buffed etc).

IP is best damage weapon on him due to his high VIT and decent armor DEF. Ain't the only option tho...

Actually I think a soul linker (ghost ele) would deal a LOT of dmg. I know that an SL can deal 100k lexed on necro (and is thus a great addition to any abbey 3 party). I need to get the calculator out when I get back home.

Retail, I think My favorite MVP, Is Kathryne Keyron, Just cause of how hard she hits if you dont have the right gear on at the time , combine that with the she spawns it can become a bad day very quickly if your not careful.

I love Stormy Knight. He drops Zephyrus, my favorite weapon and Stormy Knight Card which is one of my favorite boss card.

I like Valkyrie Randgris too. I can't solo her in her place even with a level 150 third job. But I can kill her alone if I triple client using Sura (switch with priest for lex), Ministrel and Wanderer lol.

GTB is also one of the (probably only?) MVP that's passive. You can at least have a chance for a first strike or walk past it if you not ready.

Amon Ra is my favorite MVP because of all the inside jokes my friends and I have ridiculed. The noises are hysterical and the way Amon Ra moves and fights. It's pretty funny to disguise as it and set your speed really fast. On the contrary, my least favorite is Mistress... that MVP teleports EVERY time. It's like "Oh hai"... *teleport* She would teleport from a novice if it walked up to her.

I like Eddga the most, or the Turtle General because they could be so tough with normal attacks but with the proper weapons and armors to protect you, it will be just a walk in the park.

With my sin X though, I really enjoyed hunting the Amon Ra MVP which I could eliminate in just an average of 30 seconds, that is with normal server settings. I also don't party up with priests for support as I know I am better off doing things alone.

My favourites are Ifrit, VR and any Lhz MvP. Because on HRs where I usually play they are very challenging and need a party to defeat.
Never got the chance to fight MvPs on LRs so no opinion here. /hmm

Kiel D-01 - Mainly because he's quite mysterious and he's pretty fun to hunt; I like his card as well (I play mostly caster classes).

Atroce - Cool looking MvP overall.

Golden Thief Bug - Ohhh GTB, such a troll MvP.  I used to enjoy dropping Poring Cards for it to snag so that the next MvPer would s*** themselves thinking that they got its Card upon killing it.  =P

What, I have to choose?! I guess my favorite official MVP is Baphomet. Maybe a bit obsessed since I've been trying to get a hold of the beta version of Baphomet sprite since 2004(?). Or at least even a screenshot to show that he did attack with the palm and not the scythe, plus he was ridiculously huge! I got pulverized trying to even hit him when he invaded Prontera with a lowly mage back in 2002. It was a traumatizing and wonderful experience.

I kinda dislike all MVPs because they are just one-hit kill me dead...

Only ones I like are Phreeoni and Dracula because their damage isn't ridiculously huge and the combat is quite tricky due to status changes.

Naght Sieger, cause he's the most powerful MVP in ET, and a daring challenging MVP to solo, One has soloed him, and he's in bRO, an RG, also he drops 2 Blades for Ignition Break Build, Freeze,then crush strike, and for  a Violet Fear, he'll RAPE you very badly if you ain't prepared for his Judgement XD, and he has a skill that can take down a whole party if you're in his sight(screen)

My favorite MVP.. hmm.. I actually have 3 favorites :c

1st - Baphomet ~ Why? In one of the times i came back to RO, the server was on the middle of an MVP invasion event, i remember that was leveling with an Acolyte on the Payon Dugeon, but a few familiars ganked me and i got killed, and since i had saved on the Payon Kafra, i got back to the city. A few seconds after i get back, while walking on my way back to the Payon Dugeon, a Baphomet spawned right in front of me, i froze. At the same time, people started gathering and a Monk suddenly stroke the Baphomet with an Asura, the Baphomet got pissed and used Earthquake, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON AROUND IT DIED, but somehow I DIDN'T. And then the Baphomet just walked away without killing me. I was like, WTF?! WHAT DID JUST HAPPEN?! ~ Ever since that day, i have a crush on him for sparing me. LOL

2nd - Valkyrie Randgris ~ Shes beautiful, powerful, and beautiful again. Plus, i love her card sprite. *3*

3rd - Beelzebub ~ Love his card. Both effects and the sprite. It's just epic. *¬*

Mine has to be Orc Lord.

His posse roamed Orc Dungeon 2 and bulldozes every single one he came across. Gawd, he is EPIC. elbow in the face then somersaults to the gut. oh good good times.

And a long long time ago, back when i was still a wee merchant trying to loot every damn thing in my path in Orc Dungeon 2, Orc Lord showed up, ofcourse with all of his gang, and I ready myself to be hip-checked by the lord himself, then a friend steps in, with his vit-knight (ofcourse with all the stats all over the place), armed with only yellow pots, and his mighty spear, fought the whole gang, pierces, and aimed to face the lord himself. the fight lasted for about over an hour, and guess what, he killed it, with COUNTER ATTACK.

now, has anyone else ever made me witness the majesty of that event? No. Not ever, no one ever will.

*do take note this was made possible because far as i can remember, the game was made available here in our country, Phil., way back even before the mobs had skills to pummel everyone's face.

Lady tanee has always been my favorite, its the only one that nobody else would camp so i would camp it and hope to get the card on my champ, plus those cooking kits made it easy to get a collection of +10 foods, including the agi one it drops!

Favorite in terms of appearance has to be Atroce. The red glow on his eyes when taking damage looks too cool.

Favorite one to kill would be Baphomet. His skillset is so much fun, and it's funny how he can easily tear people apart despite being a low-level MVP.

Favorite MVP overall... well, I guess I'll go with Lord Knight Seyren. Every aspect of badassity right there.

I might be the only one, but my favorite is actually Vesper.

Ah the good old days when you could pack a fish full of recovery items, and journey to the vesper floor of juperos and solo it on a sniper. Took so much finesse and skill, and the drops used to sell for a ton. So rewarding!

Some people like the memories of their first MVP to meet or to kill.
Once, at 1x/1x/1x server, the members of the guild and me summoned Baphomet in Izlude. It was hard to kill it, but it felt great afterwards.
Many years ago, Biolab 3 was a popular place to level-up for advanced and well-equipped players, and High Priest Magaleta was my favorite one, and the easiest one.

Older mvps:
1. Doppelganger- he makes the biolab's look cool before it is cool. 
Also back in the days, he is strong and jumps on you when you innocently leveling and promptly send you back to your save point.  Except when you play thief with 100% flee and undivided, could solo him.  I remember seeing a screenshot of someone put doppel card in a slotted knife or sth on official server lol. 
2. Dragon Zombie- I want to see this guy with my own eyes. 
3. Garm- Looks cool, useful card, cute slaves, solo-able in a map with low level mobs.

Newer ones:
1. Valkyrie Rangdris- was the first MVP i saw with aura and with identical mobs it was a scary sight.
2. Thanatos- dat sword.  dat backstory.
3. Ktullanux- the chamber with frozen kid after defeating him is awesome.

I think that I like Gloom Under Night, because I always win the competition in this MVP and I like to kill Valkyrie Randgris too, because it is a best challenge for my sniper.
