Sell bloody dead branches/custom items in which the price is 3% of the total zeny of the richest player in your server.

I don't understand your concept. Is it like the current zeny the player is holding or the total amount of zeny he has including the zenys the player stores in storage?

Unless you put a lvl limit to buy, players can just create a new account with 500z and use 3% of that 500z.

@RMSPMS: You could try and make the stat/skill reseter and warper charge zeny by using these calculations.

Stat Reset: (Base Lvl + Total Stat Point) + 50k
Skill Reset: (Job Lvl + Skill Point) + 80k

Warper: (Base Lvl + Job Lvl) + -current zeny charge by warper-

Its not much but I think it'll drain down the zeny slowly.

you don't get what i mean. you really mean the literal ones lol. what i'm trying to say is use it at an overflowing economy server. And of course, you have to query who has the highest amount of zeny without informing them..

@loki Thanks for the advise we charge fairly cheap at this point atm and a price increase would be a good thing. 5k for skills 5k for stats 9k for both is what it is atm, needs to go up as u can tell.

@JJJ i thought i seen u sneaking around hehe, anywho yes the lotto is a bit on the cheap side and we are looking at the casino that comodo has and thinking of doing some work with it for a zeny sink as well. Your idea on the dugeon npc donater is in effect already and is taking quite a bit of zeny in but doing what u stated with a prize for the highest donater i don't believe has been thought of yet so thanks for that input as well.

Keep up with the ideas folks doing great!! :D

Thats an honestly awful idea. Thats like basically saying to players that they have a chance to win money by joining a lottery every week but fixing it so nobody ever wins, not only would people lose interest but the players would question why nobody ever wins the lottery ending up in a disaster.

A gambling npc is one of the best solutions though in making a zeny sink. Also making some decoration headgears would also be worth a thought. Also maybe making an npc that sells something like OBB or some other chance item at high prices might also be worth a thought.

i agree with Major

having it there isn't a bad idea but having it rigged is >.<
most ppl would get frustrated after they realized no one was winning sides... it'd just be mean Dx

RMSPMS

We have a lottery thats similar to like most in the U.S. six numbers that appear every night. never played it myself but there is legit prizes for playing if your numbers match.  the gamble idea is bieng discussed with blackjack at comodo i think. Not sure on the full detials just yet, most are going bonkers on the price jump in the uncard npc which is now 1mil and 250k percard on said item(s).

Implement GM Items :
Boss search detection tool @ 100k~500k.
Disable @main and use Megaphones @100k~500k

I'm not sure if the high price of megaphones is a good idea. Like 50k should be enough.

And the boss search detection tool is a neat idea but is it possible to know if a mob is alive or not by use of item or npc?

No, basically they're gonna input the ID of the mob. The function is:
{input @mobid; atcommand "@mobsearch " + @mobid;},{},{}
so it's like an @mobsearch thing, but an item version. So its purpose is to detect a certain mob in the current map, and if the mob he/she's searching for is dead already or if he have a typo, well it's his mistake, and will consume the item. Or it would be convenient this way:

{callfunc "Mobsearchingitem";},{},{}

function     Mobsearchingitem    -,{
L_start:
   input @mobid;
   mes "Are you sure that the mob id you're looking for is "+@mobid +"?";
   menu "yes",-,"no",L_start;
   atcommand "@mobsearch " + @mobid;
   end;
}

The megaphone has always and will always be a good way to drain money. But 100k would be to expensive, maybe around 30-50k. Or if you're really desperate, NPC use overcharge for max leveled players for example:

-Max LVL player buy at NPC for 10% higher.

Something like that.

I was thinking if the server population is really big, making megaphone expensive would be just fair imho.

I used to play a SHR where they made a NPC that acts as a megaphone. 1m per use. But that's SHR :P

HR too , namely a level 255 ones. d___RO.

I suggest making new items in really expensive price for people to get, so money isn't useless for the people who have lots of it.

One thing you should remember however, if a number people have that much money, why can't others get that much?

Another way is you can inject money into the economy trough event, so that people with less money can make money  :D

These are just my ideas. Peace.

That also makes it harder for people starting off if they cant even buy basic equips or pots.

Because of higher levels would be the most obvious answer. Disparity in helping gears might also be a reason.

Events don't really solve problems in the long run. They're in the same boat of lotteries and even then, its not players moneys being redistributed just money being made. This could cause further inflation.
