This has nothing to do w/ whether they know english or not. Read the whole thread. Pinoys are:
-Responsible for the majority of BOTS.
-Complain about the smallest thing ever possible.
-Break a ton of rules and blame everyone else why he's banned/muted.
-Making other ppl feel uncomfortable because of their bickering.
-Their unending desire to hack.
-Cries/nags more than a profesionnal drama actress on your everyday Spanish drama.
-Disrespects other races.
-Demand for attention - which makes them even more hated.
-Enjoy KS-ing you and spamming the (heh) emote.
-Damn, too many to list...

Not just Pinoy, but all the stupid people who doesn't give a s*** about the rules and regulations.
