okay so heres how u do it

1) get a clown AND gypsy
2) make sure they have a instrument/whip equipped
3) make sure the clown and gypsy are in the same party
4) have them use the skill at the same time (or around the same time doesn't have to be exact)
5) stand there and watch the fun >=3
