Hey, is there any File that lets me Scroll out like the mouse freedom Dll?
or a file or anything

You'd have to specifically hex your client to 300%. If your server doesn't allow scrolling out far, then either re-hex the .exe (which is probably against your server's rules, as it's client modification), or simply live with it.
