Ask : Asura champion and Beast strafing sniper

Hello there I'd like to ask a couple of questions as the topic suggests.

1. What's the best way to level Asura Champion with free heal and warper npc? You know, heal-go-punch-come-back-repeat. Which maps and monsters? My champion is 71 and is having a hard time taking it to 85 to make it sharable with 99 char. My patch is upto El di caste.

2. About beast strafing, the formula I found in iRO wiki is (50%+8*str%)*attack*2hits. Now I interpret it as every 1 str contributes to 8% increase in attack damage, is it so? So now I'm deciding between 2 sets of head gears

- Hunter Cap [Vanberk c.] + Evil wing ears = 3str + 10% damage =34%
- Jaquar Hat [Vanberk c.] = 6 str = 48% damage

I am not sure about adding 10% bonus damage from hunter cap directly to damage from str bonus. And plus hunter cap is much more expensive in my server. I posted here to check whether what I think is correct, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
