Ragnarok Guilds

Ragnarok used to be flooded with "organized" guilds. By this I mean they had structure, 15-20+ players, maybe even their own forums or website, that moved servers together and were always in contact with one another. Just wondering, are there any guilds still like this out there?

Anybody (preferably someone who is in one) care to explain how you guys keep in contact? Via skype?  Guild forum? Also how long you have been an established guild?
