Acid Demonstration Prevention

Ok, Im on a server where some people, new players to the server, low lvls, and are only getting hit with Acid Demonstration by 300s,
usually they get hit for 2k+ even with GR, and the only way I know how to get it lower than 1k is with GR and Deviling, but the thing is, these people are new to the server. Now, they say that they are using a usable item that stops it. My question is, does anyone know what usable item that blocks AD? And if there is, what is it? Please help, and thanks in advance.

Low VIT means less damage is done to you by Acid Demonstration.  Also, I'm doing this just off the top of my head... if Acid Demonstration is elemental, then you could use elemental resist potions to lower the damage.  If anyone could confirm this, that would be great.

Well, thats the thing, I dont think it is elemental, otherwise Ghostring and Deviling cards wouldnt stop it, infact it would make it stronger, and I know that low VIT lowers dmg, but they even said that they were using an item and even told someone else and I'm sure that he tried it. Thats whats confusing me, I even looked through all of the usable items on ratemyserver.

Anything that reduces ranged damage will reduce acid demo. So break out your aligator clips long mace and that robe card that reduces ranged along with your anti human helm and eighther thara or horn sheild. IF you wear ghostring make sure you have your armor coated so ad doesnt break your gring.

Theres one more thing but im not going to say because then the ad abusers will know how to counter it. You can maybe find it on official server forums.

The easiest way would be just to party up with an Aco class and let him cast Pneuma on you.

Hmm tell me if I'm wrong but the range damage prevention cards/skills don't work against demo (yeah i know AD's ranged but yeah, it seems to bypass it?).

Because I tried being demo-ed with and without crusader's defender skill, and lo and behold, same damage.

And no, AD is neutral, not elemental.

It bypasses Defender, but not ranged reducer CARDS. Ragnawiki it.

they made it to bypass defender cus its original purpose was to be an anti paladin... ends up that its an anti everything ^^.
