[Renewal] Can be compare matk between Memory book set and Soul Staff?

We want to know difference Damage between only Soul Staff (Two Hand Staff without Spiritual Ring) +0 compare with Memory book set + Evil bone wand+0 for wizzard.

I try to test Damage Simulator it's not had some item with Memory book set.

Soul Staff is 20-30M zeny.
Evil Bone wand 1-1.5M zeny, Memory Book 2M zeny, Pocket watch 600K zeny.

It's big gap price.
