Edit:
I apologize in advance for the onslaught of text here, but I like to be as in-depth as possible with bigger problems so I can get more accurate solutions.

I've been trying to start a couple of new servers lately, but I keep running into problems.
It started last week, right after I cleaned out my computer, particularly the Program Files folder (I have Vista btw).
The stuff I deleted was what I assumed to be junk that wasn't being used, but I must have deleted something I shouldn't have, because now new clients won't run, and neither do most of the installers that run them.

For instance, I tried installing Vikodin RO, because it doesn't use an installer program; you extract the files out of the 7zip file and copy/paste them into your destination folder with kRO/Sakray. I keep up to date kRO and Sakray programs in a seperate folder by themselves for quick installations, so I don't have to wait the 3 hours it takes to download them every time I decide to play a new server. I just copy them out of their folder and into the new server folder. Anyway, that's what I did with Vikodin. I went ahead and ran it's patcher window. The bar at the bottom indicates that it's done patching.

When I tried clicking start, this came up and everything closed out:

That's generally the issue with startup. On to installation.
This is from Bogus RO (aka WoRo). It has an installer program (I think) for it's files.
Here it's called World of Ragnarok, and this is when I tried running it.

This says to re-install it, but I have no idea what to re-install, much less where to find it.
This is more or less all I know right now, so any help would be appreciated.

Relics

Could be that you deleted some drivers / necessary files in program files for them to work.

I assume you've already tried the things listed here?

Yes, I tried pretty much every step other than re-installing the kRO and Sakray setup all over again, but nothing worked so I'm going to try that now.

Are there any full setup options? I would prefer to do this all at once, and all the links in the RMS toolbar are in pieces.

You may need the DLL Package that is listed on the RMS KRO client page.

Other than that, I don't know.
