everytime I try to install the korean client after I click a button that says "install" or "accept" it just gives me a blank box with "okay" or "cancel" on it and when I click "Okay" nothing happens. Some help please. I've already patched up the game by the way.

Are you trying to play at kRO? You need a proxy and an account made for that.

kRO is very picky with people who can play there. To being able to play you need to have a korean ip and to regist an account, you need a Korean social security number[KSSN].

Oh, and due to their last ToS update, they can ban just because yes, if they found out that you're someone from outside of korea playing there.

You need to register to access but no biggie just need an email and anything you wish to put in.

I installed american RO but I can't find the sprite files anywhere. Some help please...

Topic merged since it is a continuation of your problem.

Did you use a grf tool or grf factory (download page: http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=download_tool) to open and extract the *.spr *.act?

You are also recommended to run the ragnarok.exe to patch the client to the latest.
