Help please

Whenever I try to start RO I get this

"This application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

I have re-installed it 3 times and it still happens... I'm trying to access Daredevil RO

Those are the Ragnarok DLLs, place them in the Daredevil folder, if anymore problems occur, contact their staff.

Thank you so much... Now it keeps crashing, I think it's because I didn't patch Rag_RE so I'm letting it patch and trying it then
