How to remove this raidus around characters?

Sorry, this is a total newbie problem, I know. It's been so long since I played RO though that I can't remember what the hell this is LOL, otherwise I'd know how to search for it & remove it.

Here's a link to a screenhot. It's the pixelated white border surrounding my character; it's normally blue & green on most maps.
There's nothing in-game to turn it off as I can tell, but I may be missing something. It's not the biggest deal in the world but it is annoying enough that I'm going to bounce from this server & keep looking if I can't turn it off hahah. ( I'd ask in the PS's forum or discord directly, but they don't seem to have one. )

That in PA is called lgp, it is disabled with the @lgp command.

Those things are important though, the square is the typical range for enemies in pvm to see you (mostly) and the circle is the max spell range for magical classes / AA range for ranged characters.

Thanks Gulielmus, knew it was something simple I was missing. I'll be sure to keep its purpose in mind if I'd ever like to turn it back on too, really appreciate the explanation!
