Hello everyone i am currently experiencing an issue i never have in the past, where i am required to use some sort of proxy in order to connect to a specific server, i really really love the server. it's just i am getting fed up with having to use some sort of proxy to connect, as where no other players on that server need to use a proxy.

So in turn my question is what would cause me to have to use a proxy in order to connect to a server, as where no else would need to?

The reason why it matters to me now is that while using the proxy i lag to hell on the server.

Thank you for your time and hope to get some kind of decent resolution. :)

I'm currently having the same problem but my admin is trying to work it out with the host.  You're not by any chance from PureRO are you?

The server or the server's host banned your IP or your country's IP range?  Are your local friend (if any) be able to connect?

Or it could be your ISP or internet security software that is blocking the connection for "your safety".

Hmm, it's interesting i will try looking into this with the admin. To see if he can contact the host.

Well based on what I see from your forum IP your ISP is pretty common and shouldn't be any problem to hosts.

You can also trace route to the server's IP see where or which side does it look like it dropped the connection.

open a command prompt and then type tracert followed by your server's IP and watch the result.
