Hi,
I just downloaded from ScytheRO Sak_Setup0616 and all went well until I double clicked the (only) icon that reads Sakray, a window pops up and then a box with lots of question marks pops up, as well as the window being Korean and mostly blank with question marks.
Let me add that I did NOT get any other icon, the only one I got was one with a red head character that reads sakray.
What Do I do?

Sorry, I think you are better off directing your question to Scythe RO in the future. Your's should be a general question on installation so I will try to help.
From your description it looks like you are trying to install sakray. The client is in korean, of course you will see the ???? and korean instruction. Try your best to install it ... or the first result from google seems useful in guiding you the steps: http://www.unityro.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=5690
btw 0616 isn't the latest client but since you already downloaded running sakray.exe after install to patch it up to Jan 2009 should be fine.

I finally did manage to get it to work. It turned out I hadn't downloaded all the stuff needed to make it function.
