I downloaded the full patch client and i set everything up but once i press start it disappears..... why is it doing that ?

You are trying to start ragnarok.exe? ragnarok_re.exe?

What EXE are you launching, And have you configured your Data.ini? Paste your data.ini details here, Open it in notepad.
